- A common ground project to develop a strategic plan for the advocacy campaign implemented by civil society organizations working in the field of women’s rights in Salah al-Din governorate. Advocacy campaigns carried out by civil society organizations in Salahuddin, empowered and trained by the Women’s Empowerment Organization within the Women’s Program. Young people. Peace and Security within the Women’s Empowerment Organization(WEO) in partnership withCARE 2023-2024.
 - With the support of Salah al-Din Governorate, financial assistance was distributed to women who lost their husbands as a result of terrorist operations and military mistakes in (Balad, Dujail, Ishaqi, Yathrib, Dalu’iya) and 100 women were selected (2022).
 - Providing stationery supplies for (500) children from the families of missing and disappeared parents in (Tikrit, Balad, Samarra, Baiji) through fundraising.
 - The organization held awareness workshops for peasants and farmers in villages and rural areas on how to use modern technologies and develop the agricultural sector in rural Tikrit villages and how to market, deliver and export products to the consumer (2023).
 - The organization, based on its own means, conducted an educational workshop in Tikrit district for recent graduates of sixth grade students and provided a specialized staff on how to apply to Iraqi universities, colleges and institutes and choose the appropriate specialization (2023).
 - The organization provided psychological support (PSS) to at-risk children in schools through field visits, encouraging students to continue their education and returning dropout students back to school.
 - Holding awareness-raising workshops on the importance of education, especially for girls, and achieving equality in the field of education.
 - The organization has made efforts to help needy families in Tikrit district by providing the most important needs and living requirements by providing food and household items to the poorest families (2023).
 - The organization carried out a tree planting campaign in the areas of Tikrit, including schools, mosques, entrances to areas and public places to pay attention to the environment and urge the importance of planting and maintaining trees because of their importance in improving the atmosphere and eliminating pollutants in the air, in addition to showing the beauty and cleanliness of places (2023).
 - By training 50 young men and women at the headquarters of the above-mentioned organizations and institutions in training courses, dialogue sessions and educational workshops on (2023): –

 - Developing the skills of volunteer team leaders.
